Portraiture & Survival Aesthetics

Figures assembled from lived observation and cultural memory. Gold chains, door-knocker earrings, soda-can rollers, fur. These are not decorations. They are portable wealth, cultural armor, and a direct rebuttal of the myth that Black women cannot be glamorous on their own terms.

Glamour is survival architecture. Style is discipline. Excess is intelligence.

Fine Art · Paris Series

C'est Bon · Melange · Un rêve en noir

A racially ambiguous figure placed at the center of Paris as an argument about the inevitable racial ambiguity of European identity. An argument about the future of race. Artist Proof prints produced, sold, and distributed nationally.

Fine Art · Music Icon Tributes

Marvin 22 · Prince 22 · Stevie 22

Music as portal, time machine, documentation, currency, and liberation for Black Americans. Every music icon tribute is an argument about what music does, not just what it sounds like. Marvin is not nostalgia. Marvin is proof.

04

Fine Art · Cultural Fusion

Diaspora Meets Diaspora

Black women in kimonos. Diaspora meeting diaspora through capitalism, cinema, and shared marginalization. Not as harmony. As friction. Who benefits from aesthetic borrowing? When does exchange become extraction? This work sits in the discomfort of proximity without resolving into unity.

Illustration Practice

Commercial and editorial illustration spanning album cover art, poster campaigns, mail art, and brand identity. Illustration is the thread that connects fine art practice to commercial creative direction. Available for commissions in music, entertainment, editorial, and cultural institutions.
